Scarab is the current queen of the Stelians. She makes a brief appearance in Days of Blood & Starlight, but is not named until Dreams of Gods & Monsters.

Scarab is a slender young woman, with the black hair, brown skin, and fire-colored eyes characteristic of her people. Her loose, wild hair is only seen bound during her hunt for the magus disrupting the world's balance. It frames a severely angular face accentuated by sharp cheekbones and a hawk-like brow. In contrast, her lips are full and soft. She typically sports a diadem depicting her namesake, the scarab beetle. The rest of her outfit includes a storm-grey tunic that leaves her shoulders bare, though her arms are decorated with several evenly-spaced golden bands.
